Yes, you can return your Initiation Kit and cancel your program membership within 30 days of first use or 60 days from shipping, whichever comes first. You'll get a refund, minus a $100 Initiation Fee to cover the personalized ear fitting and setup costs.

After 30 days, returns and refunds are no longer available. If you cancel, you'll retain access until the end of your pre-paid term, but your membership won't auto-renew.

Yes, you will need an iPhone capable of running iOS16 or later, in order to support Bluetooth 5. At this time, the Lumia™ program is not available for Android devices although we plan to begin Android development this year.

We are bringing a new-to-the-world technology directly into the hands (and ears!) of the people who need it most, and the best way to get this working reliably for you is by first launching Lumia™ in the tightly streamlined environment Apple enables, where the hardware and software of the devices all speak the same language.

If you do not already have an iPhone, we recommend checking for affordable refurbished iPhones, as excellent compatible models such as iPhone SE 2 or iPhone 11 are available starting at just $100.

At this time, the Lumia™ program is launching for residents of the fifty United States.

We would love to expand globally in the future to serve more people who need Lumia™, but are not ready yet.

Lumia™ has only been tested in adults age 18+. Please ensure the intended wearer will be 18 or older by the time of delivery and activation. Our custom fitting as well as our data algorithms are only validated for adults.

Yes! The Lumia™ program has been approved as eligible by the IRS board that governs HSA and FSA programs. At this time we cannot directly accept HSA or FSA cards at checkout.

Please contact your plan administrator to find out what the process is for seeking reimbursement, if the Lumia™ program is eligible under your specific plan's guidelines, and whether you need to fulfill any other requirements.

If you lose your Lumia Earpiece, you can get a subsidized replacement for only $99 - this is one of your Edge Access Program benefits. We both lose money when this happens, so please try to avoid this!

The lifetime warranty covers any hardware defects for as long as your membership remains active. If something goes wrong, we'll repair or replace your hardware free of charge.

At the end of your initial Edge Access Program term, your program will auto-renew at the same price of your initial plan unless canceled. You'll be charged $119 every 6 months, $199 yearly, or $299 every 2 years, based on your initial plan. Cancel anytime in the Member Account Portal to stop renewal.

Yes, you can cancel at any time. If you cancel and return your Lumia within thirty days of first device use (or 60 days from shipping, whichever is sooner), your full purchase amount will be refunded, minus a $100 "Initiation Fee" that helps cover the customized ear fitting and other start-up costs to get you set up for the Lumia Program.

After the thirty day return window, there is no refund available. Canceling your membership at that time means your membership will not renew after your remaining membership expires.

No, all new features and functionality are added to the app for free as part of your membership. There’s no need to purchase new hardware or software updates separately.
