What is blood flow?
Every heartbeat pushes blood out through your arteries and into every corner of you: muscles, organs, brain, skin, all of it. That movement is blood flow.
Blood is how your body delivers and cleans up. It carries oxygen and nutrients to the cells that need them, then carries the waste back out. It moves hormones around, keeps your temperature steady, and does a lot of the quiet work of your immune system.
