We’re partnering with brilliant luminaries in the fields of autonomic neurology, cardiology, sleep science, and more. A new age for managing complex conditions is dawning.
This transformation is lighting a new path for us as we approach shipping the first devices to our Lumia Beta Community. But rest assured -- everything else about the company is staying the same.
Lumia™ and Lumia Health™ are "doing business as" DBA names for STAT Health Informatics, Inc.
Our headquarters continues to be in Boston, MA where the team is assembling and testing your devices.
The original Lumia Health™ co-founders, Daniel Ewok Lee and Paul Jin, continue to lead us as we build the world's first wearable device capable of tracking drops in blood flow to your head. All the team members are the same crew, with a few new talents added as we grow our capabilities.
This change has no impact on your Membership or your existing order, and causes no impact to our shipping timelines as it was a purely digital change.
All partnerships, collaborations and contracts will continue as before with STAT Health Informatics, Inc., DBA Lumia Health™.
You may continue to see references to STAT Health or STAT devices as we phase through this transition, and that's ok. Legally speaking, we are both and all!
